A huge thank you to Stonyfield Farm for contributing $10,000 to the Keep Local Farms program, to help further both organizations’ goal of helping New England family-owned dairy farms. Stonyfield is based in Londonderry, NH, and much of the certified organic milk they use to produce their delicious yogurts, smoothies and ice cream comes from hundreds of New England family-owned organic dairy farms.

Many thanks also to Billings Farm & Museum for raising $4,850 for Keep Local Farms during 2010. The contribution represents twenty-five cents of the retail price from each ice cream sold in the dairy bar this past summer, combined with a match of visitor contributions from Billings.
